About Fubar

Fubar is a nightclub on Maxwell Place in the centre of Stirling, built in 1990, making it one of the city's longer-standing clubbing venues. It's spread across multiple floors, with 4 bars so was never an issue getting served and with 3 rooms meant music choice was great, and the venue includes a VIP area where customers can relax in quieter surroundings away from the action in the main part of the venue. The crowd is a mix of University of Stirling students and longtime locals, with student-friendly Wednesday nights long forming part of its regular calendar.

The weekly line-up includes Fubar Saturdays, SHOWTIME Friday, RED CARD Wednesday and No Shame Thursdays, alongside one-off bookings such as Shoal. Across the different rooms you can expect resident DJs mixing EDM, R&B & pop music, plus chart, house and Afrobeats sets, and themed parties, student nights, guest takeovers, and the occasional live performance.

Doors generally open late, running through to the early hours from Wednesday to Saturday, and the central location puts you minutes from Stirling Station and key bus routes, so it's an easy one to build a night out around.
