Quarters Brighton
About Quarters Brighton
Quarters sits in the Kings Road arches on Brighton seafront, in a space with serious clubbing history behind it, having previously housed the Zap Club and, more recently, The Arch. The venue reopened under the Quarters name in September 2025 after a full refurbishment by AMAAD, the promoters also behind Junction 2 and Boundary Festival, and holds around 700-750 people across a single unified dancefloor.
The refit brought the venue's two old rooms together into one space, built around a custom L-Acoustics A15 surround sound system and a central 360-degree DJ booth, with chill-out areas and seating added alongside the main floor. Lighting is kept deliberately minimal so the focus stays on the music and the booth at the centre of the room.
Programming leans heavily electronic, taking in house, techno, drum & bass, UK garage and electro, alongside hip-hop, R&B and pop nights, plus longer-running local fixtures. Expect everything from touring DJ names to homegrown promoters and midweek student nights, with sets often run long to suit the room's extended-format setup.
