About XOYO London
XOYO is a nightclub on Cowper Street in Shoreditch, just off Old Street station. The two-room, 800-capacity club opened in 2010, occupying a converted print works. It's spread over two contrasting rooms — the stark Basement downstairs and the Green Room on the ground floor — with nights powered by a solid sound system.
The club built its reputation on residencies, with a quarterly residency series which sees DJs play every Friday for three consecutive months, with past residents including Ben UFO, Bicep, Hunee, The Black Madonna, Calibre, Heidi, Scuba, Andy C and Skream. In 2025 XOYO London changed ownership, acquired by Propaganda Independent Venues, with a refurbishment bringing a new Void soundsystem and a redesign of both rooms.
On the listings front you'll find a proper spread of genres here, from house and disco through to UK garage, bassline and Afrobeats. Expect regular weekly fixtures like Monday sessions and Thursday house and disco nights, alongside one-off promoter takeovers, all keeping the Shoreditch dancefloor busy from midweek through to the weekend.
