Firewater Dundee

Firewater Dundee is a nightclub and bar on Seagate, right in the city centre, close to the University of Dundee. The brand expanded from Glasgow into Dundee, moving into the old Industry nightclub unit and bringing its "Real Music, Hard Liquor" slogan east. It opened to the public on a Wednesday in June 2024, with the main nightclub area following a week later. The venue has a capacity of 740, split across a ground floor bar, a basement nightclub and a mezzanine level used for the DJ box and private functions, and features include a disco ball wall in the basement and a disco ball ceiling on the ground floor.

The focus here is firmly on indie, rock and alternative sounds. it's billed as Scotland's biggest indie nightclub and bar on Seagate, just a few minutes from the University of Dundee, and runs student nights on Thursdays alongside its regular indie, rock and alternative programming.
