INTRODUCTION
Vintage & Morelli 🇷🇸 🇺🇲 is a talented producer in multiple fields: Trance, Progressive, Ambient, Chillout, and Drum & Bass. Growing up in a musical family, he was heavily inspired by Robert Miles, Paul van Dyk, Above & Beyond, Agnelli & Nelson. He built on that passion and eventually made a breakthrough to the very top when he remixed two iconic records: Roger Shah’s Lost w/ Zara Taylor and Aly & Fila’s Paralyzed w/ Haliene. He also became one of the core contributors at Monstercat Silk, and that includes his 1st album and a collaboration album with Arielle Maren last year! For this latest release though, he is teaming up with two label mates from 🇦🇺: Elypsis, and Mandy Reign on the vocals. Elypsis collaborated before with Mandy on two Monstercat releases, and he also featured on other labels like Statement!, RNM, Anjunabeats, Elliptical Sun, and Black Hole. Serein, “a fine rain that falls from a cloudless sky”, marks the trio’s debut on Magic Island. Let’s leave it on that poetic note and take a look at what they came up with!

A warm & bright intro lets the sunshine touch your face in a summer breeze, it’s time to wake up and catch up with alluring melodies, immersive sound effects, and fresh chill beats. The graceful sound of nature is further conveyed through an oceanic piano that accompanies Mandy’s rapturous voice. The story of two lovers enjoying the sunset at the beach is highlighted with luscious melodies and soft beats. And when that painting is done, we arrive at a kinetic breakdown on top of another breeze. Now, time for an energy boost as the climax kicks in with a delicate synth to announce the more progressive side of the production.
